WBBSE Board 10th Madhyamik Results 2021: Over 10 lakh students have been declared passed by the officials (File photo) WBBSE West Bengal Madhyamik Class 10th Result 2021 latest: The results of the West Bengal Board Of Secondary Education Class 10 were announced today morning around 9 am. WBBSE President Kalyanmoy Ganguly held a press conference at Derozio Bhawan to announce the WBBSE 10th Results 2021. Ganguly said that 79 candidates scored 697 marks this year. This is the highest score of 2021. In an exception from the usual trend, the passing percentage of boys is a notch higher than that of girls in West Bengal. While the pass percentage of boys stood at 89.87 percent for WBBSE 10th Results 2021, girl students’ pass percentage has been registered at 83.48 percent.
r The WBBSE announced during the presser that the links for the results would be activated on the official websites at 10 am. However, the sites were down for around 30 minutes due to the heavy rush. Apart from official websites, several private areas, such as indiaresults.com 2021 and exametc.com, host the WBBSE 10th Results 2021. Class 10 board exams were slated to be scheduled on June 1, 2021, but were later canceled due to rising Covid-19 cases in the state
The results were announced at the Derozio Bhawan, after which the results were made available online. In a notification released earlier, WBBSE President Kalyanmoy Ganguly said the board would not issue a merit list this year. According to an Indian Express report, all candidates who appeared for the WBBSE 10th 2021 exams have been declared to pass.

When the Madhyamik results are announced, students can check by logging into websites like wbbse.org and wbresults. nic. in
The students can download the Madhaymik Result 2021 app from the Google play store and register there to get and download the Madhyamik result. They can also pre-register registration and mobile number on exametc.com to get the result free via SMS soon after the result release.
More than 12 lakh students enrolled for the Madhyamik exam this year, earlier canceled due to Covid-19. Like other boards, the exams were canceled this year due to the Covid-19 second wave.
WBSE Class 10 results: Alternative evaluation scheme
The West Bengal board has decided to adopt a 50:50 formula. While 50 percent of marks will be awarded based on marks scored in class 9 annual exams, the remaining 50 percent will be derived from class 10 internal assessment marks scored during the academic year.
WBSE Class 12 results
Ucha Madhyamik or Class 12 result will be announced on July 22. at 3 pm, as per the council. Students will get their results from several websites, through SMS and mobile app from 4 pm onwards.
